STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through our website and govern the relationship between our company and the customer.

1. General

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any other terms and conditions (including your own) are excluded unless agreed by us in writing in advance.

2. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website. Goods remain the property of our company until payment is received in full.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and within the estimated timeframes shown on our site. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. Please contact us in advance to arrange a return.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Late or Non-Payment (Wholesale or Trade Orders)

For authorised wholesale or trade orders, payment must be made within 21 working days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge interest of 10% on overdue amounts
  • Suspend future deliveries or services
  • Recover costs for debt recovery where applicable

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
